Absolutely love their work, I highly recommend. They matched the floors to my kitchen with slightly less red color, exactly the way I requested. They paid attention to detail, they added some extra trim around my vents, I don't know what they did around my front door but there's noticably less draft. And the floor is absolutely beautiful. Very happy with their work and I will be using their services when it's time to refinish the floors in the rest of my house.

After another company started the job and did a lousy job on repair work, Dave came in and started work right away. The repair work and refinishing of my floors came out flawlessly. Recently had Advantage Hardwood Floors refinish approx 900 square feet and stairs in my home and I can’t say enough of how great a job they did!! There is a craft involved with this type of work and the attention to detail and specificity it takes to get the job done to a superb professional level was evident with this company. The team was very accommodating along the way, catering to my concerns and needs, making adjustments where needed, had consultations with me when I needed to and were honest and quick. Their dustless system is truly that, no dust. I highly recommend!!! If you need to wait to hear back from them, which I did, just wait it’s worth it. I went through 10 estimates and Advantage Floors cost was fair. Again, the quality in the sanding of my floors was done perfectly, there is no evidence of any unwanted scratches or dents etc...people think I installed a new floor!!!

We have used Advantage Hardwood several times over the decade we have owned our home in downtown Buffalo. Our house is 120 years old and several of the floors Dave and his crew have repaired and refinished for us are original to the house. When they've needed to they've even specially milled new floorboards for us that match what was originally installed. I can't imagine trusting anyone else to work on our floors. Our house was converted to a dentist office in the 70s and the floors were treated like garbage for 40 years. You wouldn't be able to tell if you didn't know after Advantage got through restoring them. As we move through the house and re-do rooms, getting to call Dave is just the best because they can repair ANYTHING. Floor refinishing is one of those things that a lot of people try and DIY, and we've had plenty of friends who did their own - and regretted it after seeing ours. Advantage Hardwood is the way to go.
