Went there to look for a TWO decent cars for myself and also my wife. I had a '00 Chevy Venture van to trade in and my wife had a '00 Buick Century. I went their first. Showed up in my van on Thurs 4/ 26 around 12:30. Hardly anyone there, maybe two customers for service. Was greeted nicely and was introduced to my salesman. He was pleasant, listened to what my situation was and what I could afford. Even told him that if this sale worked out, I would be back later with my wife look at a car. Well next came the sales manager/appraiser, my sales person gave him my keys, I watched him walk out and walk around my van, open up the drivers door, peek in and he came right back into the showroom. After actually being in the dealership for maybe a whole 1/2 hr. The sales manager/appraiser came to me and said that two lenders said no to financing and that I needed at least a 1,000.00 down. I asked about my van and he said, "Ohhh, I'm only giving you 300.00 for your van." "So you still need a grand to come up with." So I got my keys and left. On the way home down the same road, I passed another dealership. The one that offers "Lifetime oil changes for the life of your car." Waited until my wife got home and we both took a ride there. Showed up in my Venture van and told them about our situation and what we were looking for. Well, before we knew it, they had put my wife into a '07 Cobalt with 60k on it and me into a '06 Impala with 61k on it!! Beautiful cars!! All in a matter of a couple hours and a sales team that WANTED to work with us. They gave me 1500.00 for my van and 1,000.00 for my wife's Century!! They also got our payments to where we wanted and the next day, Fri 4/27, we both drove off the lot with huge smiles on our faces!! Plus we got "Lifetime Oil changes!"
I was looking for my first car, and my dad had recently purchased his own car from Auction Direct. Online, I fell in love with a blue PT Cruiser. When I showed up I was told the unfortunate news that the blue PT Cruiser was sold, but they did have a red one. I've had a strange love for PT Cruisers since I was little, and was extremely excited when Auction Direct did everything they could in order for me to purchase this vehicle. I've had the car for a week now and still head over heels. I had a wonderful experience with Auction Direct and I recommend all my friends to go there for their cars. The cars are cheap, the attitude of everyone is extremely friendly and it was just overall a great experience.
I have to say that this is the best experience that I've had buying a car. It's the first time that I've considered buying a used car and was uncertain at best. When I met Pablo and Ivan they met all my concerns head-on and I walked out with a great deal a few hours later. They found the car I was looking for and worked to get me the financing I needed to meet my budget. I'm telling all my friends that this is THE place to go for a used car...no if's, no and's, no but's.
From the time I stepped foot into the showroom till the time I drove off the lot and even after my experience was excellent. My salesman and his manager were very helpful throughout the whole proccess and I couldnt be happier with my vehicle. I would highly reccommend anyone looking for a quality used car to check out Auction Direct!
