Guy said would ship. I had to look up all the costs? And then said had to come in to get I said I'm 300 miles away why would I ship if lived there ! Then said must come in so I said ok you lied said would ship now say no. Guy complete idiot and awful human being . I never would visit or buy from awful man like him .

Not as a customer, but when I called this company, the owner was rude and insulting. I was doing some basic information gathering, clearly stating not a sales call or a debt collection. The owner told me to mail in a 35 money order to talk to him for 3 minutes. My hourly rate and the infrequency of this makes that work, but when I attempted to ask for an address, he yelled over me to do so(why argue with someone willing to comply). I called back and the owner, twice, pretended he could not hear me, then on the third callback, a woman answered. I asked for an address to send the money to, and the woman began to tell me they weren't interested. I explained I was not selling anything, just had a few questions. I looked up the address to find two low ratings for rudeness. I advise anyone looking in to this company to avoid doing business with them at all cost, since childish and impolite behavior seem to be part of their brand, and that's not a brand that should rewarded.
Worst place you can go. Terrible customer service. Very rude owner. Acts nice but his true colors will show. I bought a rug for 89 got home and realized it didn't match my furniture. Ask to exchange it the 1 hour later for a rug 20 cheaper and was told no. I didn't want the 20 back or nothing, just wanted to exchange it and was told no very rudely. I would never every recommend anyone go there ever

Got a twin size matress and box spring along with a queen size foam top matress with box spring 2 yrs ago still in good condition customer service wasn't the best but pleasant cute affordable furniture
