Where do I start, we showed up for gentleman's night two days before my wedding and got the royal treatment. Joel created a smoked chicken masterpiece and did a fade like no other. We got a hot towel, black mask and the shop is decorated man cave style. Joel and Anthony both took their time and really put serious time into making the final product excellent. It's well worth the cash paid, and if your on the hunt for a a new spot definitely check it out
I went to Buffalo barber surgeons to get a straight razor shave on my head and to get a beard trim. After going to Buffalo barber surgeons I see why it is called surgeons I receive the two cuts from a razor blade on my head and did have to have it looked at by a doctor. One of the cuts was deep enough to continue bleeding after I had left the shop. I don’t think I will be returning as a customer but hope that changes will be made for the shop to be more professional.Having conversations with other patrons in the barbershop is also completely warranted unless you are working on someone’s hair please pay attention to the persons hair you are cutting.
My son really liked going here. Unfortunately the last three visits, they have changed that. 3 visits ago, despite having an appointment, they were 90 minutes late. 2 visits ago, 20 minutes late. For the last visit, an appointment was made for 9/4/20 for a back to school cut. 30 minutes prior to the appointment time, a notification was sent that it was moved to an hour later. About 30 minutes later, a notification was sent that it was cancelled. He went to the shop to see if they could squeeze him in and the door was locked. I called and left a message asking for a solution. No response. Not a penny more will be spent here.
Great place! Owner was friendly and was great at his craft!! We will definitely be back!
