I wanted to give only 4 with good intention. I went there in the morning and I think only finished the car by late afternoon, it was all wet (81F outside). Rather than they hang the parts out to sun, put into the car all wet.. Seatbelts and surroundings were not properly cleaned. Otherwise they did good job. When I opened the hood I was surprised how well they cleaned the engine and part which leaves me 5* them. Thanks again for the good service. /I'll take care of the seat belt area.
EXCELLENT SERVICE. I HAVE NEVER HAD A VEHICLE SO DETAILED (INSIDE AND OUT). VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND HONEST. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS AUTOMOBILE SHOP.
Even without appointment they get you in and out same day most of the times. I almost always drop my car off though, not sure how quick they can really turn the car around. They do a fantastic inspection when you take it in for repairs. They send an email with pictures so you can really tell what the problems are without having to go back to the shop. They're prices are quite reasonable. I give 4 stars because I have brought my car on multiple times because it shakes on the highway. After spending hundreds of dollars the problem is not 100% gone. That might not be from them, but when they say it's fixed and you find out it's not, it doesn't leave the best feeling. I still go there for all my car work.
I found Bison Automotive to be very inviting. It was well maintained, the staff were very courteous. When their was an issue with my vehicle, I was taken back as my car was on the lift so they could explain and show me what exactly was wrong with my vehicle . It was nice to be spoken to in a manner in which it was easy to understand, as I know very little in regards to vehicle maintenance and wear and tear. They were timely and I also received messages on the continual status of my vehicle while it was in. That was nice not to have to wonder all day! Thanks Bison!
