This place is wonderful. All health care needs under 1 roof. Very friendly staff! Amazing doctors! I was already in the area for another appointment and finished early. I had an appointment 3 hours later at Invision Health. Long drive back for me, so i stopped to see if there had been a cancellation. The staff was very kind and helpful and lucky me they got me in.

charged me 50 for missing my appointment. I missed it for the first time. The girl at the reception said they called and emailed me. Just sitting there I pulled my Cell records from the carrier's website to show I don't have any calls from their robot system. She was rude and don't want to listen anything. Don't want a doctor who will punish me for a first time mistake. They must be happy they made 50. But lost all mine and my family's business. Wow what a smart business.... Good for me. I found a really good doctor and gave mine and my wife's business to them.

These people are ignorant and beyond unreasonable. I was left to deal with a paralyzing injury because had Dr. Landi failed again on the 4th surgery he was going to preform, I would have been a black mark on his record. To avoid this, I got there for an appointment and was told that the practice let me go. I was fired by my doctor. Never again.

Terrible, never answer phones, never have any appointments, backs has been f***** up for almost 5 years now and it’s only gotten worse since I’ve gone to buffalo brain and spine. Time to find a new dr. Office.

Don't know about the Doctor. I only saw a Nurse. Telephone service is terrible. Dr. Landis person, Bridgette is beyond rude and arrogant. Maybe she shouldn't even be dealing with patients. When you're in pain the last thing you need is a person with a bad attitude. I've made an appointment with another Dr. There is no way the service could be worse than what I've experienced at Buffalo Brain and Spine.
