Nice clean rehearsal spaces with heat. The cleanest bathroom I've ever seen in a practice space, and I've been playing for over 20 years.

Every Tuesday we have band practice and don't have any problems. It just got a little spit shine and feels nicer. Rooms are a good size and not a lot of bleed-through when bands are close-by. We've been there two or three years and haven't had any problems. Locks on all the room doors and electronic locks on the front door.

Not sure this is still a active rehersal space. Called the phone numbers that were listed on the door and one VM was fulll, the other had a message of what seemed to be a accountant or other professional (100% not musical). Also drove by a few times and the door was never opened, but lights were on the outside has the Band space logos. So disappointed because I needed a long term soultion for rehersal space but figured I would save others the trouble of geting excited only to be let down.
