Service was great all around. The receptionist was very nice, helping book a dumpster. Driver was very nice for drop off and pick up. Would use and recommend them to anyone.
Phenomenal group of people. We've rented from Dana and his crew for a decade and they're always here when they say and pick up when they say. Best company to rent from in Buffalo .
Best place to rent a dumpster it's full service so they deliver and pick them up as well as other services just ask for Debbie or Dana you won't be disappointed I used them for all my jobs big or small.
They seem cheaper than the rest at first and their only review on here is from the companies owner. . Absolutely disgusted. We’ve been in this industry for over 2 decades. I’ve rented dumpsters from this company over a dozen times with my company alone the past 2 seasons. We asked for the largest dumpster and they dropped a smaller one than usual. I called to let them know it’s not what we ordered and was assured it would be fine that they would just dump it for us and drop it back off when needed. In the end they tried to overcharge for tonnage and they charged a fee for each (3) extra dumps that would have been completely unnecessary had we gotten the larger dumpster we asked for. They tried to charge nearly 1000.00 for 3.8 tons of debris. Disgusting!
