I will NEVER bring my business here again. Purchased a j-335 about a year ago. The person who schedules the deliveries has 0 customer service skills, and speaks down to you. They only deliver on bankers hours and if you need something outside of it, you're rudely told \are you going to pay their overtime\. Right off the bat we needed service, had a malfunctioning filter and the waterfall leaked. Took 6 months and a call to Jacuzzis customer service to get someone out. When they finally came out, the tech stripped all the panel screws, told us he put an order in to get the screws replaced. That never happened placed a few more calls still nothing. Tried calling recently to get the screws replaced and was told a tech would be out Wednesday no problem. Never came. Like I said take your business elsewhere. Jacuzzi should be ashamed that they use Gary Pools.

Totally disappointed . Purchased a pool package , was given a few companies that could install it for us . The salesperson said they were installing beginning of July , and the other company was 2-3 weeks out . One was booking for SEPTEMBER , the other doesn’t return calls ( have been calling for a week ) I TOTALLY understand with the COVID-19 issue that there are roadblocks , but now we have a pool and no installer . I called Gary’s , explained what was happening , asked if they had any other numbers , the man who answered said “ I am sure they are as busy as we are !” I asked what the return policy is , and we are past that . I am not saying they are responsible fir the installers actions , but they should provide dependable information and contractors . The attitude of the employee who answered was unprofessional . They just want the sale
