Would never buy jewelry anywhere else. My wife's diamond broke out of her setting while at work. we had missed the last 2 inspections so I thought it a loss for sure. called the store for a value to try my homeowners and they said no need for that we will replace it at zero cost to you. I said you realize I missed my last 2 inspections, he said ya but you made 20 in a row before that.

Arrived at 6:25 pm, closing time stated 7pm. One customer was present and being taken care of. Doors were locked upon arrival. Sign at the door stated to please wait for the doors to be opened to walk ins due to Covid-19 Concerns. Several employees made eye contact with me, and never made any attempt to contact me, greet me, allow me in to shop. Costumer service is deplorable and no courtesy was shown what so ever.
