I was really concerned about being tested as I had been exposed. The Dent Tower told me they don’t test. I went to Urgent Care and felt pretty much brushed off, then on to CVS with the same results. Then I found out from my daughter that you could go to Jericho Community Health Center with no appointment so I headed there. The staff and nurses were so courteous and polite that I was overwhelmed. I did not have to wait long to get tested and they made the entire process seamless. I was very grateful for them and their great service.

This is nice and good place for health needs and regular check-up, and also better for those who cant speak english for communication they will provide you more than eight different language interpreter also more convenient for walk in some days. In my experience regret on choosing this as my physician is ,more than 10-15 visit i never get parking here and this clinic gets busy more often.

Excellent place. Went here for Covid testing and the nurses and PA that saw me and my son were fantastic! Very helpful and friendly and in spite of it being very busy it was well organized and smooth. Great facility

While they do provide invaluable services to the community, they're not the best provider, thats for sure. HIGHLY RECOMMEND making an appointment if you're planning to show up for their o appointment needed\ Covid-19 testing, because its very likely the doctor will say that they don't want to finish testing all the people in line because they \don't have appointments\. I don't really believe they care about helping the community entirely, because if you did, you wouldn't want to send potential exposures back into the community to \come back on Monday\ for testing. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

I started going here in 2005. I always had a good experience with this facility. When Dr. Scirto left, I was seen by other PA’s and they were helpful also. Due to appt issues I had to switch my PCP but I’m not bothered by that because it’s my fault. I just hope that service continues for people who can’t speak English. I found that to be fabulous! It may be a wait but my health was worth it.
