Worst banking experience, they never answer the phone calls, have to wait for over an hour to be then transferred to a new dept. Save yourself some time...Don't bank with them, ever. I will be changing banks asap.

I recently moved to the west coast. I have had to call multiple times to change my address which never seems to happen. I now need to wait an additional 15 days to request additional documentation for my account because my account address wasn't updated as originally requested the first time I called four months ago. I also have to deal with fraud alerts because I moved and have to deal with being locked out of my account. This bank is a joke. I will be taking all of my banking needs to a bank who actually do their job the first time, not the fifth time I have to call. If I could give zero stars, I would give zero!!

I wish that I could give this place a higher rating, but I have been rather disgruntled by them (and M &T itself). I went to request a new bank card on July 3rd and while I was promised that it would arrive within five to ten business days (which means that I should have received it no later than the 19th), I am still waiting for it. I am really upset and disgusted by their shoddy customer service and am even contemplating changing banks.
