Update: See the 1st and 2nd newly added photos now that Google Maps has moved the location marker for 2321 Kenmore Ave. to the correct place on their map. Now when entering 2321 Kenmore Ave. Buffalo NY 14207 it should give you the correct directions to your destination. Google maps leads you to the wrong location for 2321 Kenmore Ave. Buffalo NY 14207. It takes you to train tracks that you can't cross to get to Republic Services. If you are trying to get to the office put 2315 or 2300 Kenmore Ave instead of 2321 Kenmore Ave. The 4th photo is how Google Maps use to give directions to 2321 Kenmore (which was wrong).

Poor customer service. I am not even in their service area, received a payment notice to my email, I call to check, got an agent full of poor attitude as if I don't understand or that I am at fault that their account information is incomplete. Good thing I'm not stuck dealing with these people. \Worldwide business\ she said, what a joke.
We've been a long time customer (maybe 8-10 years, had them at two homes). Last pay period our bill went up about 60 I believe. I called an renegotiated a lower price, which was great! The very next pay period our bill went up 45. We we called we found out they had sold us as a customer to Modern since Clarence was no longer serviced by Republic. We also found out that our bill was actually pro-rated since Modern had been picking up our garbage for a couple weeks. So apparently our bill would have been even higher than that! When asked they said, \oh our prices went up sorry. And since you're no longer a customer we can't adjust that anymore either.\ So basically they sold our business and decided to take an extra bite out of us before they tossed us. I was relatively happy with them until this point. That is just the wrong way to treat a customer even if you did kick them to the curb!
The driver forgot to pick up our recycle bin, so we called. Dispatch disclosed they will send someone promptly to pick up the can as it was mistakenly not emptied. 5 days later, still no pick up so we call back and get the run around, supervisor will call us back...still waiting for response. Terrible customer service, I wish I had a choice as to what company picks up my trash.
Our company has been attempting to cancel our service & have their dumpster picked up for days. We have gotten nothing but the run around from the local office, been transferred to the national office, told someone will call us back but never does. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
