We love taking our Golden to Ruffin Inn! They have an easy to use reservation system, know our dog by name at drop-off, post multiple pictures of our dog playing on Facebook during his stay, and have friendly customer service. We love their option to pick-up before 10am to save paying an additional day. Cannot say enough good things about them, highly recommend!

I highly recommend Ruffin Inn to anyone looking for a place for their pet while they are out of town. My Cocoa is deaf after an ear surgery, and needs various medications, and they always do a phenomenal job with her. They post awesome pictures everyday, so you can see how your pet is doing. On Cocoa's last stay, it was also her birthday, so they gave her a hat and then a pig's ear, and posted pictures, which was really fun to see. I love knowing that my dog is happy, safe, and in good hands when we are gone!
I cannot say enough about customer service, kindness, and cleanliness for both facilities! The owners and all of the employees deeply care about our dogs. They know our dogs and have deep knowledge of what they need. Our dogs run into the door and love going to see their “friends”. Nothing can be more heartwarming to a dog owner. Anytime I have a question, they call or email within a few hours to ease my mind! I am so lucky to have found a great place for my girls! Grooming is wonderful also!
Loved this place so much..Ended up adopting, transporting and fostering! Can't even come close to expressing enough Gratitude!
