This practice is awful. I have an auto-immune disease and was trying to find a new rheumatologist. I had my records faxed over twice for doctors to review. not only did they give me the run-around for weeks the office manager has been extremely rude. After two months of attempts to see a doctor and multiple faxs from my old doctor the office manager said they have no paperwork. I called both times I had my records faxed to confirm they received them. These r supposed to be medical professionals, and i have never been treated so rudely
