(Edited on 10/9/2020 to clarify this companies connection) This company owns IQ modular and the president of BTI has assured me in writing they would finish my home and make warranty repairs, and so far they are refusing to do so. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all cost! I would give zero stars if I could! I purchased a home through a subsidiary of Buffalo Tungsten named IQ Modular. The companies operations were taken over by Buffalo Tungsten and BTI president, & Owner of IQ signed a contract agreeing to finish the build and honor all warranties. They admitted defects in flooring and requested estimates for repair. They then decide to only cover a portion of the repair cost and expect me to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket for floors that were falling apart after three months. At which point I asked them to use whatever company provided the lower estimate and they refused three times. They are not trustworthy and once they receive your payment you will be on your own! I now have to proceed with a lengthy court battle in order to fix a 3/4 inch real hardwood floor that is not nailed down and porcelain tiles that are not cemented properly and are loose. Do not believe anything anyone at this company promises as the president and founder of this company is not keeping his word so I doubt anyone could be trusted.
