Great experience for Bio Metrics. I would say the guy with long hair makes sure your are not nervous and he made the whole process so simpl and easy. I was out in 15 minutes. great job guys. Best USCIS office.

The worst in the entire world. 7 months after applying and they can't even take your finger prints, a process that should only take less than 10 minutes. Employees have no idea what their own website is saying. And if you have a question you ask and wait for 30 days for a response. I submit 3 already and it's been 3 months i got nothing. They should be ashamed of themselves. They literally are stopping peoples lives for months and they think it's okay. Immigrants lives also matter but not to them.

If it were up to me, I wouldn't give it a star, I went twice and both times the same officer at window 3 touched me and he treated me very badly in the form of reasons and discrimination, he did not provide me the service I deserved, he ignored me and did not pay attention to me. And she did me twice and I always took the ones she asked for and when I went the last time she gave me another excuse, she asked me for things that were not necessary for the service you needed, I feel very bad for the way so bad they did her and The supervisor I even cried for his discrimination.

Slow process, employees and supervisors don’t know what they are doing.
