Amazing place, Heather Armstrong was so helpful and personable. We found the perfect couch for our home and she helped us get there! We have found our forever store for any future purchases. Plus the delivery was smooth and they positioned everything that we wanted even moved it when we asked for a slightly different position. They were extremely professional and great to work with. We had no luck with 4 other furniture stores in the area, anywhere from bad customer service to outrageous prices, plus telling them exactly what we wanted and price and them bringing us to something completely different with triple the price. We recommend everyone to come here!

I came in looking for furniture for my new apartment, and Josh helped out a whole bunch. Some places you go and the salesman never leaves your side and you feel like you can’t make a decision. Josh gave us info with any questions we had, then told us to come back to him when we find something we liked. Once I picked out furniture he printed out and invoice, got me approved for credit, and set up for delivery in the blink of an eye. No sitting around waiting and being there all day. I found stuff I liked and had everything I needed to go further with the purchase very, very quickly!

I had a wonderful experience with their delivery team Brandon and Christian. They came in worked fast and even went out of their way to fix a defected piece so I didn’t have to wait and reorder since i was already waiting over a month for my furniture. I’m so pleased with how everything turned out. I will for sure order again and again if I know those two are handling my delivery. They deserve a raise.

From the beginning (Aug) our experience with Value City Furniture has been great. Justin B. our sales representative from Amherst, NY. provided excellent customer service. The only unfortunate was that due to the pandemic our dining/kitchen table (got the chairs) is delayed until January 2021. But overall we look forward to future purchases and referring VCF to our friends/family.
