Wayside restaurant is an all American diner in my opinion. Very cozy with a warm atmospheric delight. Consider stopping in and you can experience it for yourself. The light whisper of the locals chatting about old day passed of South Buffalo. Great service, too.

Food is good herw. I find the prices to reasonable. Have been going here for years just on Fridays for the fish fry. I usually have the fresh fish sandwich and mushroom soup. Desserts are homemade.
4 's for home-made soup!! I ordered 2 cups of stuffed cabbage or pepper(can't remember) My 1st visit was around 11/2020 Advertised prices on restaurant website apparently do not reflect the inflated eal prices\. I had to put a cup of soup back! Every time I'm working in that neighborhood i call to see if they have that stuffed peppers soup but it's always beef barley or something. Always 2 choices!!
