We were referred to Fred and Kevin by some local friends. Fred and Kevin provided us with the best customer service that we had ever received while car shopping. They had vehicles from other West Herr dealerships shipped to their location so we could work with them while looking at the cars we wanted. They were kind and respectful through the entire process and even went above and beyond after the deal was done to make sure our car transferred to PA without any issues. We will gladly return for our future needs.

Don't buy this car! I drove a total of 12hrs and missed work to be very let down. This all came after I'd settled on the price and signed all the paperwork. What was most upsetting was this car was advertised as new, but the whole passenger side had 1000 paint chips from rear fender, through rear door, passenger door to front fender. Worst of all, no one bothered to tell me about it and they thought I would just walk out the door with this car as is. They also acted like they never saw it! I think this was just a shady deal and if I hadn't noticed, they would have gotten away with it. TERRIBLE
Awesome dealership, was greeted by the staff then talked to Luke who was just awesome to deal with was very friendly and he showed us a ILX, very knowledgeable and what he didn’t know found out for us within seconds. It was a comfortable experience for me and my wife. Plus got the car we loved. Thanks Luke.

I was in the area and wanted to purchase a used vehicle. I stopped in Ray Laks, and was greeted by a nice gentleman named Franklin, he was very understanding and assisted me with my car purchase. I wanted to shout out Franklin and Lilly!! These professionals worked with me and I was able to leave with my vehicle same day!! Lilly, worked efficiently to get my paperwork prepared properly and was very patient with me. When I got home, my two boys were so excited!!
