Real nice place to live with modern kitchen and bath in excellent location for schools, stores, restaurants, Thruway and Buffalo airport less than five miles away. It is surrounded by lot of trees and well manicured lawn and excellent snow removal in winter time.

Myself and my girlfriend lived here for 1 year. We had a couple hiccups on day 1 but everything was taken care or. I give it 5 stars because I used all the amenities that it has to offer. The maintenance team is awesome. They always keep the place plowed and really clean. They are friendly and fixed my garage door opener when it broke very professionally and timely. I appreciated that very much because it’s a lot of work that I didn’t have to do. I loved the pool and spent a lot of hours there during the summer. I also used the fitness center. I never had to worry about filing a noise complaint and the neighborhood was very friendly. A lot of families with children live here. If you use all that the property has to offer it’s worth it. If you don’t use any of it you may consider it a bit expensive. You get what you pay for.

It’s great that the lady with whom i had my appointment yesterday at 11 was so rude just explaining floor plans and availability that I was compelled to write a review of her behavior. I don’t have her name because she never introduced herself and my overall experience was extremely depressing checking out the community with her. I wouldn’t think about staying here, especially after going through reviews from past tenants. Good riddance and for anyone from the front office who is going to respond to this comment. Teach some MANNERS to your staff please !! Update 2/13 Changing the rating to 5 from 1 after more than appropriate/necessary actions were taken by the front office staff; especially Cheryl! I look forward to a pleasant stay as a resident here soon!

As advertised, it really feels like home, without the hassle. We moved here after downsizing. The staff: Cheryl, Christina, et al. Maintenance: Joe,Garrett et al. have gone above and beyond making our stay here more pleasant than ever. The park-like setting and liberal parking are most welcome. I love the salt-water pool and the ability to use the club house for family gatherings. As my husband says, \You done good choosing Windsong Apts.

Extremely disappointed after living 2 years. It’s all business. They charge lot of money but service is not up to the mark. Staff doesn’t know how to be polite. All they care about is money
