Kevin and Rich Rented me a unit that they were handling for a third-party. Although there were some issues with the unit, I would never go to another place to rent an RV. Kevin was completely responsive and fair in the way that he handled the problems. Overall, these guys run a very high standard of business. They won a lifetime customer with their genuine and honest service.

Rented RV to go to Bills/Packers. Kevin and Rich showed us the ropes and provided not only the vehicle but tailgating accessories, and outstanding service. Always were available to answer questions. Will be using again.
WNY RV Rental really does a fantastic job of providing everything one could need for an RV tailgate at the Bills stadium and went above and beyond from a customer service standpoint. Rich and Kevin promptly responded to my every question (which was a lot of questions since I've never driven an RV before), made sure we had everything we could possibly need, and were overall excellent people to work with. The RV was modern, clean, and packed to the gills with all kinds of useful stuff from tables and chairs to handsoap and extra towels. Fantastic work and I'm looking forward to renting from them again sometime soon!
The customer service was great! The RV was exactly what we were expecting. It was rented out the night before and when we arrived in the AM the RV was clean, fueled up, stocked, and ready to go for the weekend! The owners were friendly and clearly explained all the functions of the RV and all safety features.
Terrible company. Renters beware. Do not rent from these thieves.
