I decided to settle down in GR after the pandemic hit and began to consider buying a house. Buffum Homes helped walk me through several homes and helped me strategically place offers on a few that I was interested in. Due to the lower inventory of used homes, we began discussing the idea of building instead. It ended up making significantly more sense to go this route in the long run and Buffum Homes helped every sing step of the way. As a first time home owner, and my first time building, there was plenty for me to stress about from finding a lot, to choosing the right floor plans, and finalizing other selections. But this is where Buffum Homes does their best work! All of these services they provide in house and they really take the time to make sure you are pleased with the result before moving forward. They took care of locating a lot that worked best for my needs, helped me draft up a custom floor plan that was extremely efficient, and had concrete poured and framing up in no time! I highly recommend having a discussion with Norm and Josh whether you are looking to sell, buy, or build a home!!! I use to wire houses. Over a decade ago. I seen a lot of builders throughout the home construction process. Buffum was one of my favorites. They don't cut corners like some other guys. and like I always say you get what you pay for. When I build my house I'll use buffum.
