Quality has declined big time over the years at this location. I went from eating here 3-4 times a week until once every 2-3 months. The food doesn't taste fresh like it use to be ... you can tell they give you old wings. This place is HORRIBLE now as well as the service. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere better.

They use to be great but recently they have started price gauging. Their customer service also is very lack luster. The food quality is a hit or miss. They also will purposely turn off the phones during their rushes because the staff cannot manage the orders. The store needs to go back to being the American Deli so many of us have come to love. Decent prices, decent food, and great customer service. So many people are currently relying on these take-away’s because of the pandemic. With how they are currently running things I would not be surprised if they lose majority of their business based off how rude, greedy, and downgrading their quality of food has been during these hard times. Go to Sneaky Taco instead! It’s one exit north and they use the freshest ingredients, have the best tacos, fried rice, phillys, burritos, and wings. All made with so much more love and you’re supporting a local family ran restaurant that uses better ingredients, has better staff, and is far more welcoming. You will NOT be disappointed by them.

I checked the reviews before I arrived and now I see why they have the rating of 4.3...my husband & I ordered wings&philly combos...the meat on the philly is not quality it tasted like day old steakums and the wings were not made to order they gave us some that had been sitting there...we were very disappointed especially since our total was 34.00! It wasn't worth that at all! The family gold wings are definitely not what I'm use to...everything down to the drinks was mediocre...All the other American Deli's I've been to are far better!
