Customers would come from miles around to get good deals and good service from an honest hardworking family. In July 1992, the Fraziers made a trip to Milwaukee to fulfill a lifelong dream of being an authorized Harley-Davidson dealer. Ever since that day, we have tried to maintain the type of family values and dedication that brought us to this point. Today we have a new facility with all of the modern technologies. Our family business has grown to over 35 highly trained and expert employees. Even though the size of the building and the number of employees has grown we realize the most important thing is that our customers make us who we are and we will do every thing possible to ensure your long term satisfaction.

My husband and I visited Frazier Harley yesterday morning and had an excellent experience! Our battery had died on our Ultra Classic and Mike in Service/Parts was extremely respectful, patient and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to assist us and replace the battery with no hassles since we had bought it at a different dealer. In addition, Annie was very helpful and sweet to us (including our dog) while we shopped for a new jacket. She signed us up for their email list and offered information for our grandchildren and Harley's Halloween celebration this Saturday. We will definitely make this our go-to shop.

After visiting several dealers around the area, I stopped in and met Billy who took time from his day to answer all of my questions...and there were a lot. He is very knowledgeable with all of the bikes and helped me choose the bike that was right for my needs without being pushy or trying to make a sell. After a few days, I went back to the dealership with my wife so that she could see the bike and perhaps make a purchase. Billy was able to make a wonderful deal that we couldn't pass up. As far as the experience with the dealership, we were treated like family. While Billy was working out the details of the bike, were were assisted by Jeri and Tammy in picking out our helmets, jackets, gloves and all the other necessities. After that, we visited the parts department where we met Stephanie. She was able to get us all of the other items like seats, backrests, floorboards and lots of other shiny stuff that make a Harley....a Harley. We were also introduced to the Service Manager Jamie and the Sales manager. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and made us feel at home. Even though we showed up to the dealership at 4:10pm (and they close at 5) everyone mentioned above stayed with us instead of going home to their families till well after 7pm. We took my father-in-law here around Christmas just to ride the new LiveWire electric motorcycle. We went in and were upfront that this was just a fun little thing we were doing, and our sales rep Billy is probably one of the nicest people I've ever met. He took my father-in-law on the route, they had a good little ride, and Billy was extremely generous with his time. I'm not a motorcycle guy, but if I ever do get one (and of course I'd get the electric one) I'd come back to this dealership for sure.

Fraziers staff have always warmly welcomed me from the first visit when I first started dreaming about purchasing a new bike, months and months before it was possible. Salesman Billy 'Lil Billy, was a perfect gentleman each time I came in to look at bikes. Extremely respectful and professional. He kept in touch and kept me informed about the bike I was looking at over the months without being pushy. When I was finally at the point when I was ready to purchase, the entire Fraziers staff helped get me the best deal with all the upgrades I wanted to make it my bike. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
