5 stars all around! If I could give more I would. My husband and I were absolutely floored with how professional, friendly, welcoming, helpful and not mention hilarious Hugh W, Sammy K and Jasmine K were. They turned what started out as negative experience with a previous dealership into one of the smoothest and easiest times we’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle at Jim Ellis. About 2 hours from parking and leaving with our new truck. The teamwork they showed and honesty with us was impeccable. We cannot wait to purchase our next vehicle with them again.

Job was to add a tow package to a Canyon. Although to yet used yet, work appears to be done properly. Price to me was excessive, driven by the high labor rate (154) for what should be the lowest of the skilled labor rates. Additionally rate is high for even the most skilled in the general area. Except for very specialized dealer work, should it arise, don't anticipate using Ellis any longer and probably return to Carl Black for that.

Steve Eason was great. I first sat down with him on 11/27/20 and finally purchased on 1/29/21. You did not have in stock what I wanted and I was not pressured to look at anything else. Every time a vehicle was on the way he would reach out to me to see if I was interested, but never pressured me. Once my truck arrived the communication and process was seamless. Steve is one of the best car salesmen I have ever dealt with. He is not pushy and he shoots you straight good or bad. He does not give you a bunch of fluff that makes people feel slimy. He is the reason I have and will continue to recommended others to your dealership.

Another truly outstanding experience with Jim Ellis! To say they are amazing and tops of any dealership that I’ve ever worked with is and understatement! I have owned BMW’s, Mercedes and None of them touch Jim Ellis! I am on my 5th vehicle from them and would never think of going anywhere else! Today, out of nowhere, they came and picked up my vehicle, changed the oil, rotated tires and then detailed it and delivered back to my driveway FOR FREE!!!! BOOM! Now that is customer service at the highest levels!!!
