I came in for a minor computer programming update due to a recall. They had me in and out quickly. They were very nice, professional, and accommodating. I had an appointment I must say. They checked out the car for safety issues, and were honest about the car's condition. There wasn't any upsell usually associated with dealer service, which was very refreshing. I'm impressed, and if I ever need dealer level servicing, I'm coming here.

Had to get the oil changed. They are always so good to me. The cars still in tip top shape! I love my Optima! It's headed back home to the snow! I can't wait to get moved. It's going to be a white Christmas this year.

It was ok. Lack of communication. I booked the appointment online, received two confirmation emails, yet they didn't have me on their schedule when I showed up. I think I'll stick to a regular mechanic, rather than a dealership that the MyChevrolet app recommends.
