Called into Bridgend store at approx 4 o clock on sat 20/11/20 I was greeted by a young lady who helped me to order and collect from Cardiff store a Yoda bear as they didn't have him in stock in Bridgend store ,, She was polite ,very knowledgeable,and extremely helpful ,she called another lady to assist me as well ,they both deserve this note of praise as without them I would not have been able to purchase the gift my grandson had chosen ,, I received a confirmation ,and on the following day a Gmail confirmation that the item was ready to collect ,all which she said would happen ,, they filled me with confidence and will definitely use and recommend this method again ,, A huge thank you to the both ladies concerned ,,they are a credit to your store and a asset to your business , Well done A very happy customer x

Wobderful place for little kids. How much better can it get than creating your dream teddy? You get to pick everything for your creation as well. The prices are a little on the steep side especially for the little clothes and shoes.. the whole process of creating, filling and then dressing up the bear makes up for it. You get to put a little heart in your toy too. Brilliant idea, very well executed. Highly recommended.
My wife is a member of the bonus club which means we can get a bear for the price of our child's age on their birthday. Staff in the shop are wonderful. Very helpful, friendly and great with kids
First experience and a good one. Despite Covid it was a good experience, good outlet prices and one very happy girl (the bear looks happy too). Two good staff members as well who knew how to engage with kids.
Very disappointed that the woman pretty much forced my daughter to add the \fairy sound \ to the unicorn after my daughter said no. I felt like buying the unicorn, outfit, shoes, wings and a bag wasn't enough. They still wanted more money out of us.
