After working with another cabinet company for 3 months with several issues that weren't able to be resolved, our contractor found these guys. We were so impressed that within 24 hours we had a layout, price list and add ons all figured out. The installation was timely and Martin did an excellent job. He even installed all of our hardware that we didn't purchase from them. When we fired the other cabinet shop and started working with Builder Supply Source I was just so happy with the professionalism and competence that I shouted out \THIS is how a cabinet company is SUPPOSED to be run\ The quality is excellent so far and I couldn't be happier. We even got to pick our own paint color for the island which we felt gave our kitchen that extra custom look. Sorry for the bad lighting in photo, looks much more pink than the crisp vibrant white it actually is in real life.
I’m giving them three stars because their customer service was pleasant and friendly. I would give them one star on the quality of product. These are cheap Chinese made cabinets that are slapped together and quickly painted in order to keep their overhead at a minimum. Do not expect quality cabinets from this supplier. They are cheap yes, and from a distance they look fine but once you’re up close and touching them you can see and feel the poor quality. When I asked about formaldehyde offgassing the representative said “I’m not sure, but sometimes they do that”. I’ll try to post pics of the paint cracking on their “showroom” displayed cabinets.
Great service in design, logistics shipping to Wisconsin and installation support. We went with the stained maple and it looks great.
I have been very happy with Builders Supply Source. I am a builder and have not found a better group to work with in the cabinet industry. All wood cabinets, painted any color I want and fast turn around time. Mike Tudor and his staff do a great job!!!!
