The customer service is outstanding. Unlike other stores which are only interested in selling, the staff here are quick to deal with any issues that may arise afterwards (due to the manufacturer not the store). Thanks especially to Debbie and Dave in the showroom for sorting out the problem so fast and courteously. Highly recommend this shop!

I'll start at the end: Yes I'd highly recommend Builders Supply Stores!! This was an exceptionally easy five star review. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. Getting the materials you need is as simple as you could hope for and the prices are competitive, to say the least. I'd recommend this place to builders and those looking for home improvements. I'd probably say it's worth setting up an account with them as I did, for ease of use and convenience too. Exceptional Service here, keep up the great work!!
