BFMS are the Building Managers at Balmain Shores in Rozelle and dealing with them is always a pleasure. Ron is incredibly knowledgeable, great with the various Strata Committees and always happy to share his knowledge of the building, including to Strata managers working within the complex. Wade is also a great asset and spends a lot of time managing the residents issues successfully. I would recommend Ron and Wade for any building looking for professional management.

As a renter, I have had poor dealings with this company and their management at the Balmain Shores complex. The 'managers' (term used loosely), Ron and Wade Hudson responsible for coordinating works to our complex show no concern for residents and their properties and act in thuggish ways. Projects are poorly managed resulting in lengthy delays. Effectively communicating with these guys is near pointless due to their incompetence. They think they are the kings of Balmain shores, strolling around in their poorly-fitted Tarocash shirts / pants combo barking orders which are a clear abuse of power they think they have. Don't fall for their intimidation. They are not smart people.
