BE RICH TRAVEL AND TOURS

We we're asked to give downpayment a month before our scheduled tour (in Siargao) to ensure the bookings of our accomodations,transpo,food,& etc. but upon arrival at the port (on the day of tour) we were'nt able to depart on time to Siargao because the agency didn't really booked for the barge ticket. Supposed to be we must be in Siargao by 7am or 8am but we arrived there at 4:30pm in the afternoon. The same thing happened during our last day, they failed to booked so we have to ride lantsa(motorboat) to go home. Another, We were expecting to have our own beds in our accomodation since according to them they have booked an expensive hotel. But when we arrived there, we have to share a room and some of us have to sleep in a foam on the floor. The agency also failed to booked us in the Sugba Lagoon so, we weren't able to go there.. Our supposed to be 2-day tour turned out to be a day tour. The agency has a VERY POOR ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS!! PS: This agency dont even deserve one star
