This man is a crook. Do not hire him. Our company installed all new windows in a remodel he was working on. His customer paid him for the windows, and instead of paying us for the work that we did, He pocketed the money and never paid us for the windows. Almost 6,000. We’ve spoken to the homeowners and they confirmed that they did in fact give him the money. We have been trying to collect the money from him for about 5 months now. He stopped responding to calls, texts, and emails. I’ve also heard other horrible things about the “work” this man has done. I hate leaving reviews like this, but hopefully it saves someone else from being screwed over by Randy Smith.

I highly recommend Smith Construction. He and his team provided clear communication, excellent work ethic and they are extremely creative.
