We had a very nice spacious apartment with kitchenette. It was clean and quiet. May be not the highest standard but perfect for us. Bulle is a very nice old town. The area is great for cycling with a beautiful landscape and breathtaking views on the alps.

Stayed for one night and was pleasant with the room, it's simple but clean and convenient for my purpose of short visit in the city of Bulle. One thing I didn't understand is that at check-in they did not mention about what to do with the room key at check-out, because the next day morning, when I went to the reception office, door was closed and no one there...which was unexpected for a hotel, I was even hoping to deposit my luggage for a few hours, but seemingly not possible. At the end, a lady loading some tools into her car trunk at the parking lot outside the office noticed my struggle and asked for me some staff from the restaurant, they told me to just drop the key in the mailbox...and that was it. A little unusual to what I am normally used to, I guess it is something only in Switzerland? The honour system is nice and respectable, but more instructions would be helpful for a foreign visitor.
Not enough parking for the number of guests, so you may end up paying for parking anyway. There is no temperature control, so we were forced to open up the window (23C inside!). Alas, it's a very busy street along with very often people being very loud during the night, along with cigarette smoke getting into the room. For the breakfast, they work together with the restaurant besides it, but you have to arrange it yourself. But then again the breakfast is expensive and you literally get one croissant. The fan in the toilet is on all of the time, making a loud hum audible through the room even when its door is closed.
Pro: The rooms have a good size and are clean. Con: No breakfast available. Street side rooms are loud during night. No reception in hotel. Reception some streets away closes at 18:30. If you need help after that time (for example if you don't have electricity, which happened to me), there's nobody to call. The restaurant is not part of the hotel and they will not help you if you have any problem, just give you a card with the number of the reception where nobody answers after 18:30. If you want to charge your phone without switching on the main light (for example during night) you have to move furniture and unplug a lamp that is not switched of by the main switch... . Alternative: charge it in the bathroom where you don't hear the alarm in the morning.
Very comfortable! Lovely little place. Enjoyed being right in the center of town and so close to the train station! I would definitely go back to Hotel du Chevel Blanc!
Good, clean rooms. Please contact customers actively about accessing the hotel
Very nice place
Small town hospitality even if the check in is a bit confusing.
