Love, Love Love 'Pilates by Nicola Parker' ! Her courses are structured, personalised and adaptive to the needs of her clients in order to stimulate regular progress & motivation. Nicola is very attentive and concerned with the wellbeing of each of her clients. I am very grateful to her for her help and support during recovery from Cancer treatment . Her Pilates course helped me to learn to take time for myself. She listened to my needs and provided exercises that matched my request, leading to excellent results for both body and soul. I highly recommend Nicola's Pilates courses to everyone, beginner or experienced.

Excellent cours de Pilates. J'ADORE ! Vivement que les cours reprennent "en salle". J'ai des problèmes de dos, il y a toujours des adaptations possible afin de trouver des exercices qui conviennent. Un grand merci !
