I came across this garage on google after a car crash I had two days before Christmas and having such a nightmare with my insurance More Th\u003en and their recommended car garage Nationwide. FYI DO NOT USE THESE! Problem after problem with these two services including lies being old to me, trying to give me my car back - not fixed! No communication about parts between each other, no communication with myself, not knowing where my car actually was for about 3 weeks! In addition to the fact the insurer fixing my car although the values of repair ended up being over the valuation of my car -_-. This was all hell! Until I finally took charge of the situation and found Pat at Car Electrical and decided to get a second opinion on my poor little car. Pat was really helpful and showed me genuine interest to help me with my car, he felt there was no obstruction and I was assured he could restore my car to the potential it once had before my car crash. One last stint with Nationwide Garage who had asked Car Electricals to come and recover the car (although they had previously told me they would cover this) ... Pats team recovered my car and got straight to work in fixing the problem. Within two working days of having my car they had diagnosed, assessed and fixed the problem. When I went to collect the car Pat and his team were lovely to me, I even received a beautiful bouquet of roses from the team, very great customer service skills lads! Had a quick spin around to ensure I was happy with the work completed to my car and was once again assured I could come back with any issues if needs be! Really happy with the service received from you guys! Thank you! I would 100% recommend :) Kelly xx P.S. The boyfriend has some competition with the size of flowers I received from you guys!
Have my car MOTd here every year. It failed on one item, which I had fixed and recently took the car back for a retest - only for them to tell me there was an issue with my numberplate (by same chap who pointed out the previous failure at the last test). When I asked him why he didn't mention the numberplate last time, he said it wasn't him who MOTd the car last time (even though it was him as I remember clearly). Even if it wasn't him (which it was) he's nonetheless proving my point that they aren't assessing cars consistently. I'm referring to the very miserable man with glasses. Drab customer service with racist undertones. Didn't smile once, even when I was polite and said thank you, I got nothing in return. I used to recommend them, now I'm recommending you stay away from them. Cowboys with a big shop front.
Well Heavens to Betsy, my life would not be complete were I not to sing the praises of Bull Ring Autocentre for their exemplary service (service, geddit?) of late. For many years our vehicles have been looked after by A N Other garage based in Redditch. They were fine and were family friends so in the murky world of vehicle maintenance it was reassuring to have someone we could trust and it kind of worked. But they're in Redditch. Imagine my delight when Lord Pryce of Spannersville joined BNI and offered a wholly trustworthy and reliable vehicle maintenance option that wasn't in Redditch - it was like a weight being lifted from my shoulders. In all seriousness, Pat and his guys do a fabulous job. It is all too easy to be ripped off by garages but that is never a concern at Bull Ring or Moseley Autocentres and they are significantly less expensive than main dealers. Had a full service and MOT done and am very happy with the service I recieved... also the friendliest staff I have ever come across! Convenient location too. Highly recommended.
