We have found Bulmers to be professional, helpful and easy to deal with. We have viewed a few properties with them and each time have been met by a friendly member of their team who was very willing to answer all of our questions and waited patiently for us to look around. Bulmers kept in touch to advise us when suitable houses came onto the market. Upon finding the right property for us the application process was quick and smooth. Their COVID procedures were of a reassuringly high standard at all stages. More recently when we needed a small repair making to the house they sent someone round on the same day. Overall we have been very impressed with the services provided and would definitely recommend.

From the moment I was in contact with Bulmers, I couldn't have asked for a more friendly, professional and caring group of individuals. Any question I needed answering, they did and if they were not too sure of the answer, would find out and inform me as soon as they knew. From the initial interest in a property, to the final, being given the keys, was a smooth transition where i was fully informed the whole way through the journey. Moving can be a daunting experience, but they made it as stress free as they humanly could. Even after being in my property for over 6 weeks, they still had the decency to phone up and check the jobs that should have been done, have been. They are a credit to the industry and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to rent a property.
