There are some essential services missing but in general centre is in good order.

Joined to book morning gym sessions and family swim sessions and was not able to get either. Family swims only on offer one day per week so you're basically paying full price so that the local schools can benefit from the pool instead of you. And you can't book a gym session before 6.30am in the morning - do they know what century they're operating in?!?

New building is great, very competitive membership and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it.

This is a nice renovated leisure center after 2 years waiting. However, a little disappointed about the dance courses available. We uses to have more aerobic classes before. Now the choices are reduced and booking in a position is highly competitive and very difficult.

Staff are very helpful and polite both in person and on the phone and I’ve been very impressed with the facilities. The only area that needs a little improvement is the availability and booking of group activities on the app but due to Covid I appreciate that there is reduced availability.

Great gym facilities thanks to Wokingham council but the company that manages it - Places Leisure/Harlands - are appalling. Extremely poor customer service. They also extorted more than 240 from my bank account which despite many calls and emails they are not refunding. Looking to take legal action. Avoid at all costs.
