I stayed here for 8 days and would definitely stay again. All staff were extremely helpful, even when I had my flight cancelled and needed an extra nights accommodation, it was not a problem. As a solo traveller the complex fulfilled all my expectations and beyond.

Great for what you pay...reception staff could be a bit abrupt, resteraunt staff really friendly..accomodation good and easy access without having to go through reception (handy if you pull on holiday) I tried to book again for September but fully booked!
Nice and clean bungalow hotel with rather good location. Very charming and well equipped pool areas. Friendly service. There were a lot of cats in the hotel area and being an animal lover I made friends one of them. Breakfast was modest but OK. Good price quality ratio.
The bungalow was brill but the whole site was predominantly owned and lived in by Spanish people. Family gatherings most nights till early hours preventing rest and sleep. Out watering gardens 3am and chatting like it was dinner time (loud). I complained and it seemed to make matters worse as next door had TV on loud most of the night. Playa del Ingles is a beautiful place but Los Arcos is not . Will not be stopping there again.
Really clean nice little bungalow, nice little garden front and rear would have be nice to have a parasol for when it got really hot, they didn't have them at the pool either think there was three. Not a lot of room for food storage. Great staff great location. Will/would go again.
Staying here currently, wasnt told about the 100 deposit which was sad, tried to play using MasterCard ( in order to protect me ) however did not accept, so ended up using my holiday spending money. There had been a fire which means there was no where on site to even buy a bottle of water, everything has closee down. Have to leave the complex everytime you need something, not so gr8 and they Never told us!!!
We really enjoyed our stay at the bungalows Los Arcos... the location of our bungalow inside of the complex was perfect...Arche nearly end...quite and private... The complex was clean and beautiful, the pool was close from any location and clean.... The apartment itself was fine... some cleaning issues like unknown black stains on our blankets were there but it wasn't dirty or messy... We felt a lack of normal things missing, that we know from other bungalow complexes on gran canaria, like ice cube trays or cleaning utensils for doing the dishes...but we bought everything we needed in a small supermarket over the street... the shop inside the complex was way more expensive than the mentioned one... But all in all we really liked it, the staff was super friendly and the location of the complex is perfect to reach everything in only some minutes waking, like restaurants, shops, Bus Station and Else... We would probably stay there again...
