St. Mary's is a lovely, very old little church at the west end of Stocking Pelham, belonging to the group of churches including St. Mary's in Furneux Pelham and St. Mary's in Braughing. This may be a small community, but the services are well attended and, apart from special events around Easter and Christmas, there is a very welcoming family communion service on any fifth Sunday of a month.
