Appointments get constantly cancelled. Had the same appointment cancelled four times in a row. Treatment seems to be good. Not all services seem to be offered via NHS therefore have to pay for certain treatments privately which is getting expensive. Receptionists could be friendlier

I have been with the practice now for some years as an NHS patient and have always had good service. There have been occasions where I have had to wait longer than expected where appointments have overrun at the end of the day but I expect that from surgeries everywhere. I had a massive fear of dentists and when I was 18, stopped attending and went back in my early 30's absolutely terrified. I have had a few different dentists but every single one of them has been fantastic with my fears and made me feel at ease. Thank you very much for all you do, if it wasn't for your staff, I wouldn't be attending the dentist at all.
