The made didn't come because the supervisor just called twice from unknown number The policy so bad and doesn't protect the customer الخادمة ما جت لي لأن المشرفة كلمت مرتين من رقم غريب و راحت بس سياسة الشركة تخدم الشركة فقط والعميل و فلوسه مو مهم.. بعد ما تكلمنا معهم قالوا لنا الباص يوقف ٥ دقايق و يكلم ثلاث مرات ما رديتوا ضاعت الزيارة ولا فيه امكانية يرجع لك ابدا هذي سياستهم شركة كبيرة ما تتوقع تحصل فيها سياسة زي كذا
ماعندهم اي صلاحيات لتعديل او جدولة المواعيد فقط من خلال التطبيق
