Over the years I have dealt with several different banks, credit unions, and finance companies over the years, but have yet to have a truly great experience until now. UMe Credit Union branch in Burbank is a real hero. I've been a member with this credit union for about 7 months now, and we've asked around and heard good things about their services for some time.

I find their customer service outstanding. I never feel like someone is trying to rush me away or make me feel unwanted. They remember your name and make you feel like a person. I also like that they do a lot of community involvement...Movie nights, drives for toys and drives for food.

Amazing customer service that pays attentions to even the smaller details. Big thanks to Maria who helped me get better financing in comparison to the auto dealership. Originally had gone to Toyota who gave me a wicked high apr and said if I purchased some warranty, would take down my apr. After going to Maria she told me that was a sales trick and immediately gave me better interest rate then Toyota ever offered. She also helped me to call them and get back the deal for the warranty that was unnecessary. Very strong amazing woman.
