Phenomenal service, phenomenal product. Used Burch Brothers in recommendation from our realtor and we are super pleased to have found them. They made everything completely hassle free. Sarah was amazing at coordinating measurements, product availability and install schedule. If we still lived in the area and ever needed flooring again I wouldn't hesitate a second before calling Sarah and using Burch Brothers again. This company will not stop until you are 100% happy. We trusted Burch Brothers Flooring for a rather large flooring replacement project and are extremely pleased with the result. We had roughly 1600 square feet of carpeting removed from our second floor and stairs, LVT installed with new baseboard trim, stair tread refinishing, several stair treads replaced, and painting of the wood risers. From the initial measuring, to choosing a flooring we love, to the final results, we could not be happier. Sarah is a stellar consumer representative who worked around our busy schedules, helped us through the painstaking decision process (it's not easy to make a commitment to a floor!), actively sought our feedback during every step, and insisted that we allow the BB team to fix any small error. We worked with two main teams of specialists in our home (one for flooring removal/installation, and the other for the staircase project), and each was polite, professional, attentive, and clearly concerned with ensuring we were happy with their work. This was a large spend for us, so it was important that we had the right professionals for the job. We plan to have BB return this summer to do a refinish of our downstairs hardwood flooring. We wholeheartedly recommend Burch Brothers Flooring.

I cannot recommend Burch Brothers enough. Can we give 10 stars!? This entire process was seamless and from initial inquiry to finished floors was less than a month-including ordering materials. Sarah was so timely and professional with each question. She was upfront with budgeting and so helpful in assisting us with figuring out exactly what we wanted. We have been prepping for an entire house overhaul for years and were so skeptical. I could not be happier with my floors. They look absolutely fantastic and the before/after pictures tell their own tales! We did hardwood laminate and PVC laminate and they are just beautiful.The crew was spot on, working quickly yet efficiently. They took such care in our home and were so professional. Look no further than Burch- you wont be disappointed.
