On Saturday 2/6/21 we traded our 2013 Chevrolet Suburban in for a 2021 Lincoln Aviator. Frank Scripa was our salesman. A freezing 11 degrees on a Saturday morning and the driver side window to my Chevy Equinox was stuck down. After calling 5 repair shops including the original dealer who sold me my car, Burdick Chevrolet was the only shop that said bring the vehicle in today and we will atleast try and get the window up for you until you can get it repaired. When I arrived, attention was fast and courteous - and the service manager said we are going to need to take the door panel off to pull the window up do you just want us to diagnose and fix the problem? ABSOLUTELY YES! They had the window repaired within 1.5 hrs and at a very reasonable price. As a special added value, they ran it through the car wash! I was so happy ... Burdick Chevrolet will always have my business from now on!!
