Got the vehicle that I wanted and love it. The entire experience was a pleasure from the moment I walked in to the day of delivery. I will be going back.

I have never had a better experience shopping for a car. From the minute I walked in I was pleasantly greeted, asked if I wanted something to drink, and met with the sales representative right away. Our young boys were with us one of the times and the employees got toys out for them to play with, took their picture sitting in one of the floor model cars and included them in the whole process, it was great! I worked with Rich Ireland and to say he is amazing is not doing him justice. Not only did he ask the right questions about what we were looking for and in need of but he actually listened! He helped us navigate our options with Mazda, but also with a few other Brands that DV is affiliated with. We test drove multiple vehicles, looked at the options between buying and leasing and between new or certified used. There was NEVER a moment when I felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. we communicated through not only face to face meeting, but also via email and text and there was always fast follow through. For these reasons I will most definitely be back!!! I cannot thank you enough.

Best car shopping experience I could've had, by far. Joe was awesome - always available to answer any questions I had and did not make me feel pressured at ALL while making my decision, and took the time to make sure I understood all of the features in my new car. Peter was great too! Overall it was a really easy, welcoming experience and I would recommend Burdick Mazda to anyone looking for a new car without a hassle.

Surprisingly easy experience leasing our new Mazda at Burdick. We had a lousy offer from another dealer local to us and so, on the recommendation of a friend, we drove well over an hour to Burdick to see what they could do. Right off the bat it was a different experience. No pressure, no smoke-and-mirrors math, just a good offer on my trade-in and an excellent deal on the new lease. No haggling required. 10/10 would go back for the next one.

So far I have purchased two vehicles from Burdick Mazda and both experiences were exceptional. The staff there are very respectful and caring and never once pressured me to make a purchase. I knew exactly what I wanted and the price point it needed to be and my salesman, Joe who was such a great guy to work with, immediately found me the car I wanted. When it came time to sign all the documents to finalize the purchase, I could not believe how quickly the paperwork was completed. I think it took us all of five minutes to complete the paperwork. Anyone who's purchased a vehicle before knows that there's a ton of paperwork to sign and it typically takes a long time to go through the whole entire purchase. Apparently Burdick has streamlined the documentation process. All I can say is that I was extremely impressed by everyone's professionalism and speed in which they got things done without making you feel rushed
