Very slow. Why make an appointment to be 2 hours behind. Waiting room full of people. I understand being a little behind but these women don’t seem in any hurry to get to the customers. The one lady.. in the left room.. answers the phone the ENTIRE time she does your taxes. You’re just watching her answer the phone the whole service. Is that what people pay 400 for? In return it takes her so long to do your taxes. If I didn’t need a refund advance I WOULDNT be here.

I have been going here to for several years to have my taxes done. The people really know what they're doing and they're really friendly. I enjoy going to this office and they almost make me look forward to tax time. They bend over backwards to help you.
