I had one bad preamp tube socket in the kit and customer service sent a replacement immediately, no questions asked. Fantastic company and excellent customer service. I purchased some Tolex for an amp build. When it arrived, there was a defect. I emailed the company and they immediately replaced it without charge or hassle. I don't build a lot of amps, but I will use them as much as possible for all new projects.

Can't say enough about this business. Was searching for some random tubes and transistors for a stand-up vintage radio. Talked everything through and found what I needed. Very professional crew who clearly care about the customer and product. In this day and age of diminished customer service, I appreciate the attention to detail and the "no questions asked" mentality. Strongly recommend for all your musical/electronic parts.

Attended an amp building workshop. Everyone was overwhelmingly nice and welcoming. The 2 day workshop got me a very nice tween deluxe. AJ and John made sure I had everything I needed. The rest of the staff made sure we were happy and comfortable. The first day we toured the production facility and were all impressed with the quality of the cabinets that were being built. I left believing that this is a company that cares about the customer and their products.

Mojotone has helped me get everything I need to keep my gear in top shape. Everyone I have talked to has been very patient and helpful, they have pointed me in the right direction for almost everything I have needed if not sold it to me that day. The techs are also amazing, usually I like to talk to a human but these guys are great at explaining everything via email and following up to make sure everything turned out alright. Definitely recommend that guys for anything gear relate.
