We have been very pleased with the service and product at Farm Bureau in Burgaw. We never have any problem getting hold of our agent Jesse Pierce and he can always either answer our questions or quickly finds out and calls us back. His guidance and suggestions have always been very helpful to put in place our insurance needs.Farm Bureau has always been very responsive and helpful with any claims whether household or after storms. I love that Farm Bureau has historically been so supportive of our farmers who deserve so much appreciation. They started out taking care of the farmers and continue that goal today. Farming is not an easy job and I love reading the stories in the magazine about the new innovative ideas they are always working on to constantly improve the quality of our food. I would definitely recommend Farm Bureau for your insurance needs!

They treat you as if you're family and have no problem going the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and understand the services you are receiving. I appreciate when Jesse occasionally calls to see how things are going and if I need anything. I also talked my daughter into insuring her new vehicle with Farm Bureau and she couldn't be happier after her experience with a previous company. Also, I can't forget the ladies up front, especially Becky. Awesome customer service. Keep up the good work.
