We are half way through our lease and so far all has been pretty good working with this company. They are the middleman between tenant and owner in our case. We've had several home \emergencies\ and they've taken care of us with professional timing. Amy is excellent to deal with and Mrs Foster was very honest with us at the signing of the lease. My wife and I thought we'd never find something in our price range in the Wilmington area but they set us up.

This company is thee worst company to work with. If I could give them a 0, I would. Vickie was very unprofessional as far as our 1700 security deposit even going lengths to HANG UP on me and tell me to never call back. She made every excuse as to why she didn’t have any information about my deposit. She also STATED she was speaking with others about my lease and invading my privacy as a tenant, when these others were not on the lease at all. She had no right to speak with them at all. There is no way I would EVER work with this company again!

The absolute worst company I've EVER had the displeasure to deal with. You don't even deserve the 1 star. Not only are they living in the stone ages, technologically speaking, they charge you extra for it! They do not answer calls, the line is always busy. They do not answer maintenance requests on time. It wil literally take them months before they get back with you about a problem. They make you sign a lease, where they lie about all the duties they will forefill before and during your stay there. ( like extermination beforehand) Their houses are infested with roaches. They are ridiculously overpriced. They let us sit in literal sewage for weeks until I essentially harrassed them to come fix it. If you love your family, do not rent from this monstrous, money-grubbing company. They always snatch an additude with you on the phone, especially \Amy\.
